Chad Freeberg
Like many others Chad's obsession for the outdoors and hunting started with his father and grandfather. As a child growing up in Minnesota he was fond of not only deer hunting but fishing, upland bird and waterfowl hunting. Chad's passion for whitetails and waterfowl grew as he had his own family and he worked to refine his skills in the woods and waters of the Midwest. Today Chad serves as a Land Specialist in western Iowa and eastern Nebraska as well as a professional auctioneer in our auction division. Chads experience and knowledge in both sides of the business has given him a keen eye for well valued properties.
Chad has worked hard to educate buyers and sellers of recreational real estate. He is an author on the Whitetail Properties DreamDirt blog and has spoken at many deer classics in the Midwest. Chad is also a member of his local QDMA branch, The Heartland QDMA where he serves on the Iowa Education Committee to host food plot days. He takes his role as an advisor to both buyers and sellers very seriously and his results on both sides of the transaction speak for themselves.
