Phil Brown

Few things compare to the rush of harvesting a trophy whitetail, and in Phil's experience, being able to harvest it on your own farm is priceless. Phil knows firsthand the joy of developing your farm into prime habitat for wildlife, from clearing your land to planting food plots to monitoring antler development with your Reconyx trail cameras. An investment in your own stake of land that you put your own efforts into is something you will grow to appreciate and enjoy year round.

A graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, Phil has a degree in Agriculture/Animal Science, with minors in Biology and Chemistry. He resides in St. Louis with his lovely bride, Sandy, and their two children. With over 20 years in the field of commercial printing and advertising, Phil has had the privilege of working with several companies in the outdoor industry. His outdoor excursions have taken him to Africa and all over the United States, but chasing trophy whitetails and longbeards right here in the heart of the Midwest remains number one on his list for outdoor adventure.

Phil caught the fever for the outdoors early in life and private land management quickly turned into his passion. His current farm in Northeast Missouri is a virtual laboratory of habitat improvement and he welcomes the opportunity to compare notes on successful land management practices.

If you are looking to invest in your own property, Phil can help you find your dream property. And if you're ready to sell your current farm, he welcomes the opportunity to help find the right buyer to enjoy and appreciate it. Call him anytime at 314-753-7444.

A quick success story...

Phil, Your professionalism and honesty, with the buyer and seller, in the sale of 162 acres in Williamson County Illinois is greatly appreciated. You set up a fantastic website with pictures of my property which led to the quick sale in these down economic times. Great job!
