Rich Baugh

Rich was blessed to have a father and grandfather that introduced him to hunting, fishing, and the outdoors when he was very young. He has hunted whitetails for over 30 years and has taken numerous trophy class animals.

Several years ago, in a quest for bigger bucks, Rich began hunting in the Midwest in Pike and Adams Co. Illinois. The hunting was incredible, but the cost of leasing land was unsettling. One thing led to another and Rich and some close friends decided they would purchase a piece of hunting land in Adams Co instead of leasing. The experience of owning, managing, and hunting this property was a dream come true for Rich and he developed a passion for land ownership and management.

In 2006, his passion for hunting land and monster bucks led Rich and his family to relocate in southeast Iowa to focus on selling recreational property. He currently lives in Mt Pleasant, Iowa and has property that he and his family own and manage for whitetails.

Rich's hunting background and land management experience have equipped him to help buyers find the right farm for them. Rich will help you evaluate properties, determine food plot locations, stand locations, and develop habitat improvement plans.

Rich is blessed to have a wonderful wife, Jacqueline, and an 8 year old son, Parker. They all love the outdoors and in addition to Church, sports, and family trips, they spend lots of time together as a family enjoying and managing their property.

If you're considering the purchase of recreational land in the Midwest, give Rich a call. He loves talking about hunting and land management and will spend the time necessary to answer your questions and help you find the property of your dreams.

A quick success story...

Just two short years ago I made a call to Rich Baugh to inquire about a farm in Clarke County, Iowa.  Lyla and I would like to say THANK YOU for the time he spent with us.  We really appreciated the night we had dinner with his family, researching potential properties, along with the two following days looking at farms.  Surely he will never forget driving us through a half dozen counties, looking at eight different farms, in just one day. We clearly remember loading his four wheeler when it was almost dark, asking him if he had time to look at one more farm.  Thank you for making the sacrifice to stay overnight that evening so we could look at three additional farms the next day, without even knowing whether we would purchase a farm from you.  Rich is a truly committed professional.  He answered the hundreds of questions we had without bating an eye.  His HONESTY is second to none.
