Tyler's experience and knowledge in sales and the outdoors can help both buyers and sellers realize their dream of owning a prime piece of recreational land or the financial reward of selling one. Tyler was born in the trophy rich lands of Iowa where he grew up hunting across the state. Tyler has spent countless hours searching for and hunting some of the finest properties in Iowa. Since Tyler grew up hunting in Iowa he has developed the ability to recognize a great piece of hunting property from a bad one. He has also learned how to take an average piece of hunting property and turn it into a hunting paradise.
Tyler spends around 30 days a season in tree stand chasing whitetails and while hunting mature whitetail bucks is a great passion of Tyler's it may not be his greatest passion. Tyler will tell you that he almost enjoys growing mature trophy bucks more than hunting them and has been putting his management plans to practice for many years. He has learned what it takes to grow, hold, and harvest giant bucks year after year
A quick success story...
In the Spring of 09’ my partner and I purchased a farm from Tyler Tisue of Whitetail Properties. Tyler’s resourcefulness and knowledge about Allamakee county was a great influence in making our purchase decision on our 141 acres. Once we purchased the farm Tyler took the time to work with us to develop a management plan to help grow, attract, and keep deer on our farm. Fall quickly came and I hunted hard for some of the giants we had trail camera pictures of and finally on Nov. 3rd I got my opportunity at a giant non typical and made it count!! He ended up scoring 193” (without broken tine), and weighed well over 300 lbs!!! Thanks Tyler for helping my dreams of harvesting a giant whitetail become a reality!!
