Keith Floyd
Keith was born and raised in Horry County, South Carolina, where his passion for the outdoors began at an early age through the teachings of his dad. He truly feels blessed to have grown up hunting and fishing in the Carolinas.
Land management became a career in the late 1980’s for Keith. Being a Class A golf course superintendant for 18 years at a 54-hole golf complex has provided him with knowledge and the work ethic it takes to develop a recreational land tract that will provide special memories forever. The experience in turf grass management led Keith to understand and appreciate what it takes to be a good steward of our natural resources.
Keith is versed in what it takes to grow and hold trophy deer and has the know-how to help land owners with ponds, food plots, habitat improvement and wildlife management. Having the opportunity to represent buyers and sellers with recreational land projects is an honor and a privilege. To Keith, there’s nothing better than helping someone make their outdoor dreams become a reality.
