Kevin Berry
Kevin's passion for the outdoors began as a teenager hunting ducks in Michigan's Saginaw Bay. Breaking ice and enduring frigid temperatures were all worth the opportunity to bag some mallards. The excitement that comes when the ducks are working is hard to beat. Then, an uncle encouraged him to try bow hunting for whitetail deer and soon Kevin was hooked.
Today Kevin still loves duck hunting, but matching wits with a wily whitetail is his main focus. Kevin has hunted across Michigan and has spent many seasons in the rugged Upper Peninsula. There are not many experiences that can match taking a bath in a beaver pond in late October or sitting by the campfire watching the Northern lights dance across the sky.
Kevin has been married to his wife Sheila for over twenty-seven years. They have three great children. Kevin's solid work ethic is the key to his successful residential building and land development company. He believes in doing things right and doing things honestly. Kevin is driven by the fulfillment that comes from helping a family's dream come to life. In addition, Kevin has managed his own farm and now helps manage another 605-acre farm in Illinois's golden triangle.
For Kevin, working for Whitetail Properties is a dream come true. It is an honor to assist people with buying and owning a piece of God's creation that they can manage and create a lifetime of memories on.
