Mark Williams

Serving Western Kentucky

Mark Williams has spent his entire adult life dealing with land in some form or another. Before Mark turned to real estate he was a fourth generation farmer in Western Kentucky. His roots run deep there and his family has been making a living off the land for four generations. As a farmer and hunter Mark grew to appreciate and love the land that provided so much to him and his family. Mark loves to pass that same emotional tie of land ownership to his clients. With more than 3 years experience selling recreational, hunting, and agricultural properties Mark never grows tired of helping land owners fulfill their dreams.

Mark is supported in business by his wife Carisa and his three daughters Emma, Bella, and Bradyn. His family understands the long hours dedicated to making the business successful and helping others attain their dreams. He is thankful for the support and commitment in his success.

As a landowner, hunter, and former farmer Mark understands the emotional satisfaction of land ownership and passes that same passion onto his clients. That satisfaction comes from all of the years of feeding cattle and moving tree stands chasing whitetails. More importantly, he has a great understanding and appreciation for land in Kentucky, couple that with being an avid outdoorsman and you have a land specialist that will work to help you attain your land ownership dreams.

A quick success story...

We want to thank Whitetail Properties for the great service we received from Mark Williams:  the Kentucky representative.  When I first contaced Mark about my interest in property in Western Kentucky, he was very attentive and interested in the features that were important to me.  My wife and I met with Mark in August 2009 and he compiled a group of listings and made arrangements for us to visit them.  During the whole experience we felt as if Mark had a true desire to find a property that suited our needs.  We’ve had several contacts with Mark since our purchase and are proud to consider him a friend.
