Access on the SE makes access in prevailing N and NW winds easy. The non-resident sellers have limited themselves to taking only 160+ deer off this property in the past. The bottom of the property in the western side has a warm water seep that creates a small flowing steam across the bottom. Those familiar with the property have told me that during the winter months the bottom fills up with deer for the access to the water.
