  • In the Spring of 09’ my partner and I purchased a farm from Tyler Tisue of Whitetail Properties.  Tyler’s resourcefulness and knowledge about Allamakee county was a great influence in making our purchase decision on our 141 acres.  Once we purchased the farm Tyler took the time to work with us to develop a management plan to help grow, attract, and keep deer on our farm. 

    Fall quickly came and I hunted hard for some of the giants we had trail camera pictures of and finally on Nov. 3rd I got my opportunity at a giant non typical and made it count!!  He ended up scoring 193” (without broken tine), and weighed well over 300 lbs!!!  Thanks Tyler for helping my dreams of harvesting a giant whitetail become a reality!!

  • One day, Tyler Tisue of Whitetail Properties stopped by and asked if I was still interested in selling some of my land.  After visiting with Tyler a few minutes I decided he was the kind of person I could do business with and maybe get something done. Tyler was very energetic and seemed like he was the type of guy that could sell my property.  I soon found Tyler to be very honest and prompt about the whole selling process.

    I don’t think it was a week and Tyler had someone interested in the farm.  Soon after he had me an acceptable offer and I had finally got my farm sold!! I remember telling him at that point ”I wish I had listed it with you sooner” because than I could have had my farm sold quicker.  Tyler handled everything in the selling process very well, on time, and honestly.   He is always welcome at my home and I hope to have him as a friend for a long time.  Thanks Tyler

  • Owning a piece of land has always been a family desire and we want to thank Whitetail Properties for the excellent experience we had buying our first piece of land.  We were inspired and appreciated the vast knowledge of the outdoors that Dan Perez provided.  And in the pursuit to find a piece of land where we could hold, grow and harvest monster bucks, he helped guide us to just that place!  The property has brought year round enjoyment, from shed hunting and planting food plots, to hunting turkey and deer.  With our own slice of heaven in Illinois, we’re now able to bring our family, friends and the outdoors together, making our dreams a reality.

  • You know on your advertisement where it says “A Monster Shed found literally laying steps away from your Iowa property’s back door”?  Well last Tuesday evening I picked up a monster set of 170” sheds “literally steps away from my Iowa property’s back door”. It also says in that same advertisement properties where you will find 200” deer, well as you know I killed my 200” the next year after I purchased my farm through you.  It has to be very rewarding to be doing something you love and really helping hunters find the farm they really do dream about.  Thanks Dan, thanks for helping Jeff and I to find the farm of our dreams.

  • Last year I purchased my farm in Missouri through Jeff Propst from Whitetail Properties.  It has almost been a year since my purchase and I couldn’t be happier.  I harvested a beautiful buck the very first day I hunted it in early archery, as well as a nice buck in rifle season. I also harvested a big 24 lb. gobbler last spring.  And to top that off, during the late muzzleloader season I saw eleven different bucks in only four days!  I passed on them all to let them grow.  Jeff has been terrific from day one and I would recommend this professional to anyone!
