Andrew Schultz

Sales Manager, Managing Broker / IL, Broker / MT, Salesperson / WI

Andrew graduated from Illinois College with a double major in “Management and Organizational Leadership” and “Accounting” with a minor in “Finance.” His love of the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and the land led him to pursuing an internship with Whitetail Properties as a college student. This internship soon led to a career opportunity as a Marketing Specialist where Andrew played an important role in assisting with real estate marketing at the local, state, and national level. Training and guiding agents company-wide with their local marketing efforts uniquely positioned Andrew to step into the field to sell real estate, where he sold just under 10 million dollars in his first year of sales. After growing a successful real estate business and carrying real estate licenses in three different states, he further enhanced his education by receiving the prestigious Accredited Land Consultant designation through the Realtor’s Land Institute, where it is believed that he is the youngest professional to have ever received this national award thus far. Outside of hunting, fishing, and real estate, Andrew gets the most enjoyment and fulfillment from spending quality time with friends and family. He feels that life is precious and moves very quickly, so it’s important to enjoy each moment for what it’s worth and to make as many memories as possible with your loved ones. If you know Andrew or have ever interacted with him, you know that he welcomes you to reach out anytime and would enjoy the opportunity to talk about real estate, the outdoors, or just life in general.
