Ashlie Raiter was born and raised between Okfuskee and Okmulgee county. She says, “I am very familiar with the area and absolutely love the community here!” She is an agent who specializes in land and country homes on acreage.

She has a background in Elementary Education. This has taught her patience, relationship building, and time management. She brings these skills with her in every real estate transaction. Her outgoing personality lends itself to helping her gain the best understanding of what her buyers and sellers want and need from an agent. She works hard to get to know each individual client personally in order to help them with their real estate transaction.

Ashlie is a third generation rancher, coming from a long line of hard-working, motivated family members, she brings along honesty, loyalty, and knows how to spot great farming, ranching, and hunting land. Together with her husband and son she enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, operating the family ranch, and attending church.

Being a mother and wife helps her understand what families want, which is very important to her in every real estate transaction. Ashlie’s background has given her the drive and dedication to succeed. Her main goal is to make sure the process of buying or selling property is fun, simple, and that everyone is satisfied with the outcome.
