Secluded Income Producing Farm With Home And Outbuildings

Trailcam

Description

This is one of my favorite farms. This farm feels so private and secluded as you enter from the dead end county road and make your way past the house, shed and several outbuildings, which have a lot to offer the outdoors enthusiast. The home has an all season living room with plenty of windows overlooking the back yard with several fruit trees and borders the timber just a few hundred feet from the Salt River. The seller tells me it is a great place to watch the deer eat from their apple trees. I placed a trail camera behind the house and captured several nice bucks and a ton of other wildlife pictures in just a few days. The large shed has electric, water and concrete floors, a workshop, a butcher room and a walk-in cooler. Behind the shop there is a livestock working area. As you drive through the pasture and make your way close to the center of the farm is a two-story log home with a lean-to barn wrapped around it. Electric is available here. The cabin is in very good shape and would make a great hunting cabin if restored. Beyond the log cabin and to the southern part of the farm, are several large open CRP fields surrounded by timber that gently slope to the Middle Fork Salt River. East of the cabin you will cross a small rocky bottom creek and make your way up through the hardwood timber to a large open pasture area with an old pond. Mark Twain Lake is only about a 15-minute drive. If you would like to take a look at this wonderful property, please give me a call.
