Hunter’s Wilderness Ranch With Cabin And Game-Rich Environment

Trailcam

Description

Hunter’s Wilderness Ranch is located on Little River which flows out of Lake Thunderbird. This remote property offers some great hunting in an area with very limited access. The 150 feet of elevation changes creates some nice diversity of habitat. The ridges are covered with post oak & blackjack and some bluffs have spectacular rock formations. There is a new 30x60 cabin, complete with a Geothermal heating and cooling system. A well was drilled and electricity brought up the hill. The cabin will easily sleep 6-8 people and has a bathroom, kitchen with plenty of space to relax. There are several food plots with tower blinds, treestands and feeders. There are several caves where the owner said some prehistoric bones have been found. There are also some great views from these bluffs overlooking the river bottom below. A spring coming out of the side of the hill feeds into a creek running along the west side of the property which flows into Little River. This creek area provides some great wildlife habitat. There have been several wetland dikes with control valves put up along the creek that offers seasonal waterfowl hunting. The lower bottoms along the river are loaded with monster red oaks providing a good acorn crop even in some of the worst droughts. There is an abundance of deer, turkeys, hogs, and other small game. Access to the property is via deeded easement on oil field roads. There are two wells located on the property (one is a saltwater well that is currently not in use).  Mineral not included in sale.  Give me a call and let me take you for a ride around this beautiful remote property.
