I had already promised my wife that last season was the last time I would get in a treestand without a safety harness, my wife and I can't thank you enough for the Hunter Safety System. I just purchased a T-shirt from your site a couple of weeks ago, and am planning on getting the belt buckle when in stock again. Yes, you are making more money off of me than you realized! I have read some of the testimonials on your site in the past, perhaps this will become just another, but I can't emphasize enough the value of Jeff Propst. Jeff assisted me on the purchase of our first Missouri farm that was listed by Phil Brown in the Spring of 2011. He took all of the time I needed on each of the farms he showed me, and had plenty of patience while I looked and asked questions. I recently bought a second farm that I located with another agency. Your competitors website and listing left much to be desired, so Jeff offered to drive to the property and take some good pictures and give an opinion on the farm. Long story short, I travelled there later that week at his urging and now own the property. I have bought several pieces of ground in the last 20 years, but never from anyone I could trust like I do Jeff Propst. I have now bought 2 farms and sold one (last month w/ Boyce Flener) with Whitetail properties. I am a believer in the service and professionalism associated with Whitetail Properties. We thoroughly enjoyed our farm purchasing experience with Derek. It is a unique opportunity to look at properties with an individual who is so knowledgeable on whitetail hunting, deer management, and the local deer herd. So often, farm realtors know farming but not the depth and type of information important to someone passionate about trophy whitetails. It was both useful and enjoyable to exchange ideas about QDM type farm development and hunting strategy with Derek. Derek’s knowledge, however, did not end with the deer aspect of the purchase. He was very keen to all the facets of our farm purchase and kept us informed during the process. Furthermore, his ‘no-pressure’ approach to closing the deal was very much appreciated. Todd has found his true calling. I took my best ever bowkill on a Kansas tract he found for us! A 178" B&C bruiser! Todd knows what it takes to find tracts with all the ingredients for big deer.
We had been looking for just the right track that we could afford. To say Todd found it, would be an understatement! We took our best bow kills to date on our own 320 acres in Southcentral Kansas! Saw several others over 150" B&C this year and can't wait for 2011!!!
