The property showcases rolling topography with approximately 100 feet of elevation change. It is mostly rectangular, heavily wooded with mature hardwood and pine timber but also has dense pockets of brush scattered throughout which is very beneficial for wildlife habitat. Two wet-weather creeks cross the property, one on the eastern side and the other near the western boundary. The property is mostly upland and does not appear to be located within the flood zone.
