Description
This tract has some of the best deer habitat I have seen in Winn Parish. The hardwood bottom had a hard select cut done on it, and it has turned into incredible forage and cover for the deer. The 50 or so acres of planted pine will provide income for the future. The access comes from Hwy 84 via Graveled Parish Rd 550. The west property line is the Dugdemona River and Sandy Creek.
