Description
Here's your chance to step into a turn-key business with an unmatched reputation and one of the state's busiest travel routes. The Harbor Bar and Grill sits only a few feet off busy Highway 83, runs between Bismarck and Minot, and sees thousands of cars and trucks daily. Featuring seating for 150 people and consisting of a bar area, dining area, separate meeting room, and an outdoor patio, along with a full kitchen and office, there is nothing more you need. Known for its aged, hand-cut 12oz steaks, home cooking, and a full menu offered, the clientele grows and becomes more repeated all the time. There are 359 Google Reviews with a 4.6 out of 5-star rating; that alone speaks for itself. In my first meeting with the seller, I chose what I thought would be a slow time so we could visit without all the hustle and bustle. It was a Wednesday, 2:00 pm, and in the hour or so I was there, I counted no less than 20 patrons coming and going. They did not come in and grab a soda and leave; they sat down, had a meal, a drink, did some gaming, etc. That was in the middle of the day, in the middle of the week. I can only imagine how busy evenings and weekends are. The amount of traffic in the area is amazing as it is a prime hunting and fishing location. Lake Sakakawea and Audubon are only a few miles north of the Harbor Bar and Grill and offer phenomenal year-round fishing. Waterfowl hunters come to the area by the hundreds in the fall to chase ducks and geese. Tourists and motorcycle groups have made the Harbor Bar and Grill the main stop as they travel between two of the state's largest cities. This is an excellent opportunity at a good small-town bar and grill with a bit of an old West feel but with many big-city businesses. Call me today to learn more.
