Farms like this one are what hunters look for. It has terrain, thick cover in spots, tons of edge, and a funnel to park on in the rut. The timber is mostly hardwood throughout, with lots of apple trees scattered on the farm as well. The deer trails are grooved on this farm from one end to the other. You have numerous areas for food plots to create those feed them forward plots into the big agriculture field. Plenty of road frontage to access the farm or build that forever home with awesome hunting right out the backdoor. If you look at the aerial pictures you can see a secluded field in the northeast corner with an access lane cutting through the timber. This lane would make a nice plot or you could get creative with some grasses and hide your entry and exits to get down to that field. I jumped deer and flushed hens when I was walking this farm taking pictures. This farm is a clean slate in my opinion and could be one of the better hunting farms in the area with very little work on the management side of things.
