There were a ton of deer and turkey tracks all over the gas line, and many rubs and scrapes were observed throughout the property. Next to a large hunting neighbor, where we saw a pile of deer in the pastures, this land can easily hunt several people. No OGMs on this parcel available. The real gem of this property is the ability to have such a great place to stay while on the property. Whether cranking up the wood stove during deer camp or listening to gobblers hammer off in the spring from the front porch, this cabin will make some great memories. A full kitchen allows plenty of space for meal prep, with a fully plumbed bathroom, including a shower and hot water tank which feed off a large cistern and water pump. A full bedroom for the main sleeping guest, with plenty of room in the loft for multiple other beds. This one will not last long.
