DEER BREEDING OPERATION: Triple Creek Ranch has been breeding Whitetail Deer since 2013. The Whitetails on this ranch are exclusively from genetically superior bloodlines, such as Sun Dragon, Eddie Ray, Cutter, Epic, and Stevie Ray. The facilities are of high-quality construction, and the ranch is extremely well-managed. The 2500 square foot, climate controlled deer barn was designed and built specifically for deer breeding. The barn is equipped with customized rooms, chutes, and “Deer Handler” brand equipment. There are 11 individual deer pens, each averaging approximately 1 acre in size, and equipped with water, high capacity feeders, and shelters.
HUNTING: The released herd consists of over 100 Whitetail Deer, including over 35 mature bucks, with scoring of 185-230 inches. Exotic species include large numbers of Red Stag and Fallow Deer, plus Axis Deer, Black Buck, Oryx, and Mouflon sheep. Wild turkeys are also plentiful on the ranch. There are several professional quality hunting set-ups within the high-fenced portion of the ranch. Each set-up contains an Atascosa elevated box blind, an elevated archery stand, a large gravity style protein feeder, a spin-cast corn feeder, and time-released protein feeder. Feeding occurs year round. Most of the hunting set-ups are located near a cultivated food plot (typically wheat) and or/water. There is a covered 100-yard shooting range and an archery range with an elevated stand and backstop.
RANCH MANAGER: The ranch currently has a full-time ranch manager, who oversees the property and animals, and completes most required maintenance. The ranch manager lives in the designated home, adjacent to the main property, and would prefer staying and working for the new owners.
