Your agent had sold another Mississippi property for us a few years ago. That relationship came from one of the sellers having a successful sale through a Whitetail agent in Texas. After frustration with progress on this second sale of the 2026 sale property with Whitetail, we sought another local realtor, but he quickly ghosted us, and we returned to Whitetail. We suggested a potential buyer to the agent, and he made it happen. This was a good outcome for a complicated property sale.
