Brady Bradley

Brady is a devoted man of faith, a loving husband, a dedicated father, and a committed conservationist. He currently calls Nevada, Missouri home, where he resides with his wife, Cajun Bradley, and their four children: Beretta, Delta, Fletcher, and Bowman. Brady's deep-rooted love for the outdoors began at a tender age, whether he was exploring the rugged terrain of the Ozark Mountains while squirrel hunting or chasing whitetails during the fall season; he consistently found solace in the great outdoors.

Brady's passion for the land and its preservation led him to pursue a bachelor's degree in Wildlife Natural Resource Management. During his college years, he gained invaluable experience working for a private timber consulting company, where he honed his understanding of the commercial timber industry. It was during this time that he realized his true calling: managing land to conserve the native ecosystem and protect wildlife populations.

Upon graduating from college, Brady was blessed with the opportunity to serve as a Habitat Biologist for the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission. In this role, he oversaw the management of approximately 70,000 acres of bottomland hardwood timber within the Mississippi River Alluvial Valley of Southeast Arkansas. A few years later, another blessing came his way when he joined the Land & Legacy team, an elite group of professional habitat consultants dedicated to working with private landowners across the country. In his current role, he consults with Land & Legacy, focusing on the conservation of native ecosystems and helping landowners achieve their property goals through habitat manipulation practices.

In early 2020, both Brady and Cajun obtained their real estate licenses, further expanding their ability to assist clients in buying and selling land. Brady's extensive education and diverse work experiences have given him a profound advantage in comprehending the intricacies of land and how wildlife interacts with the landscape. He possesses the unique ability to guide clients through their property transactions in ways that few others can.
