Byron Killion is a fifth-generation Texan from Weatherford, raised on faith, family, friends, and the small-town values that shaped his life. He attended Texas State University, where he lettered in Division I baseball, carrying forward the discipline, work ethic, and team-first mindset that now guide his career in land real estate.

Byron met and married his wife, Jenna, whose family comes from a long line of farmers and rodeo competitors. Their daughter, Madison, grew up much like they did — playing every sport their Texas town offered, showing pigs, and competing in barrels and breakaway. When COVID hit, Madison enrolled at Ole Miss, and the family followed her to North Mississippi. What began as a temporary move quickly became home.

Byron fell in love with the region — the people, the culture, the land, and the opportunities. North Mississippi reminded him of the values he was raised on, and he saw tremendous potential for families, landowners, hunters, and anyone who appreciates good dirt and good neighbors.

A lifelong outdoorsman, Byron is passionate about deer, dove, ducks, geese, and all types of fishing, especially chasing speckled trout on the coast. His true love, though, is habitat. He has a deep appreciation for the small details that make a property special: the timber, the cover, the water, the soil, and the opportunities each tract holds for hunting, farming, ranching, or building a legacy.

Byron credits the Lord for the blessings in his life and the path that led him to serve others through land. As a Land Specialist with Whitetail Properties in North Mississippi, he is committed to honesty, hard work, and helping families find the right piece of ground — a place to steward, enjoy, and pass down for generations.
