Cade was our primary contact. He was knowledgeable in land sells, down-to-earth, and readily available by phone, text, or email. He kept us updated on the progress of the offers and answered any questions we had. If he did not know the answer, he researched the issue and got back to us. Additionally, due to a long-planned trip that we were on during the time of closing, we were confident enough in Cade to have him serve as our POA at the closing.

Cade Taylor did a fantasitc job from start to finish. He was professional, kind, and always available to answer any questions I might have. Our listing, sale and closing was all handled so well. He was incredibly patient and taught me and my sister so much while being patient to some of her ridiculous ideas. He went above and beyond to get it sold in a timely manner for an amazing price.
