It's very rare for me to write a company with respect to customer service. In my world - I'm a professor of finance, economics, and accounting and owner/operator of a business services consulting firm - outstanding performance is expected. While I am often disappointed by results in my interactions with people in the business community, I must commend you and your company. I believe that every member of a corporate team should be a reflection of the mission and vision of the firm. Leadership and performance not only shines from the top down. Clyde was awesome, he was very knowledgeable about the CRP program the land was enrolled in. Really broke down the ROI, as well as helping me understand some tax benefits of the purchase. He was also very quick in responding to any questions.
