We talked about purchasing a farm for a long time. When we finally decided to act on it, we asked for Aaron Bennett. He did not let grass grow under our feet. Within a couple of days, we had decided it wasn't exactly what we wanted, he was there with another, which turned out we were interested. It did not take long we were in the process of putting in a bid. Now we own the property, We could not be happier with the service and owning the property. Cody was good to work with. He showed me multiple properties and didn’t get discouraged that I wasn’t finding what I was looking for or for the right price. He was a down to earth person, wasn’t pushy, was fine with my comments and requests, and stayed positive the entire time. I would recommend to anyone to work with Cody. Understandably, you will learn more about real estate and closings, but was a solid experience working with him.
