Collin Brock is a licensed broker Land Specialist with Whitetail Properties, bringing over 25 years of professional expertise in land planning and landscape architecture to the rural, recreational, and commercial land market. A registered Landscape Architect, Collin has extensive experience evaluating sites, conducting due diligence, and guiding land development and master planning projects. This background gives him a unique ability to help clients understand a property’s true potential—whether assessing recreational value, water features, timber resources, or long-term stewardship opportunities.

Born and raised in rural central Mississippi, Collin grew up with a deep appreciation for the land. His father worked as a cotton farmer and cattleman, instilling values of hard work, stewardship, and respect for rural life from an early age. After earning his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Mississippi State University in 2002, Collin moved to Charlotte, North Carolina. He married in 2003 and has built a family life centered on faith and family, with his wife and their two teenage children. Collin co-founded a land planning and civil engineering firm in 2011 and served as Managing Partner for ten years, then as Charlotte Regional Leader for V3 Companies after its acquisition in 2022. Throughout his career, he has led complex land planning initiatives, site selection efforts, rezonings, and entitlement processes throughout North and South Carolina. His role included business development, which helped him develop a passion for relationship-building and effective communication in sales and marketing and will leverage that knowledge and experience to help buyers and sellers with their properties.

An avid fly fishing angler, Collin would regularly host clients on Western North Carolina’s private and public waters, conducting 4–6 trips each year. This hands-on connection to the region’s rivers and streams allows him to offer authentic insights into properties with strong recreational potential. He and his family also enjoy spending time together at their own farm property in Morganton, North Carolina—an experience that first introduced them to Whitetail Properties in 2021 and reinforced their passion for rural land ownership. Whether assisting buyers in finding the right recreational or investment property or helping sellers showcase a tract’s unique attributes and possibilities, Collin combines professional land-planning expertise with a genuine love for the outdoors and rural lifestyle. His goal is to serve as a trusted advisor who helps clients make informed decisions and achieve their land ownership goals.
