Growing up in West Virginia created a strong bond to hard work and a love for the outdoors. As a lifelong hunter and angler, Dan carries with him an appreciation for the pursuit of the hunt and, perhaps more importantly, the desire to preserve the beauty and health of the land.

“My life travels have brought me to NE Tennessee, which has so many cultural experiences similar to my West Virginia roots. As a proud graduate of West Virginia University with a degree in Communication Studies and the Fayette County Plateau Forestry & Wildlife program, I combine academic expertise with hands-on field experience to offer clients informed and trustworthy guidance in purchasing the American dream. Whether working with conservation-minded buyers, developers, or investors, I am driven by a genuine love for the land. My mission is to help others find their piece of land where they can escape to disconnect from today’s stresses and bond with the great outdoors.”

Before transitioning into real estate, Dan enjoyed an accomplished 18-year career as a Director of Emergency Management. His roles demanded strategic thinking, resource coordination, and a commitment to serving healthcare response in disaster situations—skills he seamlessly brings into his real estate profession. This background enables him to navigate complex land deals with professionalism, reliability, and a calm, solutions-oriented approach.
