This is the second property I’ve purchased with Dave as the buyers agent. Both have been waterfowl type properties. At first, I thought he was just a deer guy but his knowledge of waterfowl habitat, infrastructure, and general duck ecology is respectable and growing. He knows the region extremely well, does his homework and was very prompt with all aspects of the transaction. Most importantly he is very easy to be around and work with. In my opinion, Dave is the Michael Jordan of land agents in Wisconsin.
