Was great - involved, detailed, great advice, strong negotiation, timely.

DJ was great and put in extra effort. He cleared some heavy brush to access his utv. He erected a small billboard for advertising. He met with county and state officials regarding easements and right of way for the property. He regularly communicated progress. In the end, we negotiated a very satisfactory sale price.

DJ was outstanding. He was personable, flexible, and helpful. He educated us on the process and how to best go about it. We are very grateful for him.
