Erica Crumrin has dedicated the past 20 years to shaping young minds as a first-grade teacher. Passionate about education, she believes in creating a welcoming and encouraging classroom where children can build confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.

Born and raised in Clark County, Erica developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors at a young age. Some of her fondest childhood memories are of spending time on the family farm with her father, where she learned the value of hard work, nature, and family traditions. Those experiences sparked a lifelong love of the outdoors that continues to influence her life today.

In addition to her career in education, Erica has pursued a second passion as a land agent with Whitetail Properties. Combining her love for the outdoors with a desire to help others, she enjoys assisting clients in finding the perfect piece of land, whether for recreation, farming, hunting, or building a legacy for future generations. Her knowledge of the land and genuine appreciation for the outdoors make this role a natural extension of who she is.

In 2008, Erica married her husband, Adam, and together they have built a loving family with their three children. Their family life is filled with activity, as their children participate in basketball, volleyball, cheer, track, cross country, and band. Whether cheering from the sidelines, traveling to competitions, or celebrating accomplishments together, Erica treasures every opportunity to support her children in their pursuits.

When she isn't teaching, helping clients find their dream property, or attending her children's events, Erica enjoys spending time outdoors. She loves reading, taking walks, kayaking, mushroom hunting, and making memories with family and friends. Her commitment to her students, dedication to her clients, devotion to her family, and appreciation for the simple joys found in nature reflect the values that have guided her throughout her life.
