Both gentlemen were extremely professional and being out of state they answered all my questions and concerns, as I only got to spend a couple hours at the property.

Excellent! Professional. Gary drove us around the property. He presented us with laminated photos of the property. He was very knowledgeable about the property. It was evident that he had researched the property.

Gary was constantly showing the property. Never wavered from our price and we did negotiate a lower price but was still above appraised value.

PERFECT!!! I had 2 other realtors in 2 other OK towns...very disappointing....so I asked Gary to help. He did an excellent job. Extremely thorough...great communication....went without a hitch.
