This is our second property purchased using Jay Minor as our realtor, there's a reason he was our first call! We own 12+ acres and the 26.77 acres (which border our property) we just purchased came up for sale back in April. Circumstances in our life changed, and we were able to make an offer in August. I called Jay and left a message with the basic details.. By the time he called me back, he had already gathered so much information about the property, from maps to elevation charts! He was able to answer a lot of our questions right away. He helped us decide what and when to offer, and guided us through every step thereafter, always ending our calls/emails with "if you need anything at all, just reach out!" Did I mention that this was all done remotely? We live in New Jersey and purchased in Indiana, but Jay makes everything so personal, it felt like we were right down the road from him. Jay is more like a friend we have in Indiana, and I cannot recommend him highly enough!
