Justin was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable, able to answer all my questions, and was tenacious trying to get the seller’s and their agent motivated to move forward towards closing. The seller’s had 9 co-owners, 2 in other countries, so the paperwork process stalled often on their end. I got the impression Justin was often doing the selling agents job, and I appreciate the extra effort.

Justin knows both the real estate and hunting aspects of securing quality hunting properties. He was available for walk arounds and email, phone conversations 7 days a week. We actually got acceptance of our offer on Christmas Day!!
