Kathy Reynolds brings a lifetime of dedication, compassion, and a deep appreciation for the land to her role as a Land Specialist with Whitetail Properties. After a rewarding 37-year career teaching Pre-K and Kindergarten, Kathy felt called to begin a second career that would allow her to continue helping others. She earned her real estate license earlier this year and is excited to serve families, landowners, and buyers throughout the area with the same patience, trust, and support that defined her years in the classroom.

Raised on a family farm in West Union, Illinois, Kathy grew up surrounded by agriculture. Her father farmed and raised pigs, and everyone in the family pitched in to help. Those early experiences instilled in her the values of hard work, responsibility, and stewardship of the land—principles that continue to guide her today.

After marrying her husband, Bob, the couple made their home in Marshall, where they raised their two daughters, Kacee and Kory. Today, they are proud grandparents to three granddaughters and cherish spending time with their growing family.

The 67-acre farm where Kathy grew up has remained in her family, and in 2011, she and Bob built their home on the property that has always held a special place in their hearts. Having experienced the deep personal connection that land can create, Kathy understands that property is more than acreage—it represents memories, legacy, and a place to call home. She is passionate about helping others find the property that means just as much to them.
