Kollin was very knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate. He responded with answers to my questions quickly. We began looking for mountain ground for hunting in late winter. We walked for miles through some of the roughest terrain in PA even encountering a rattlesnake on 1 trek. He also knew the sport of hunting & provided his insight on how the land would be suitable for that sport.
