I'll be honest, my husband was very unhappy at the auction we went to for another property with how the auction was handled. Luke happened to be there and talked to my husband about this other property he had just listed as we were leaving. We went and looked at it a couple of days later and fell in love with it. My husband works and lives for two things, me and our girls and to hunt whitetails. As soon as we walked the property I knew it was a done deal for him. While Luke was the sellers agent, he worked tirelessly to make the deal happen on both sides. Without him, this purchase would not have happened. My husband Joe used to build houses for a living and has a lot of experience working with agents. He said Luke is the best agent he has ever worked with on a property purchase. Not only that, but now Joe and Luke are friends and for Joe that is a huge deal as he really doesn't let many people in his circle. So a huge thank you to Luke for not only helping us buy a dream farm but also becoming a friend to my husband in the process.
