I recently completed a purchase with Matt Glander in Hancock County, GA. I had been looking for a tract for my family to own for the better part of a year just window shopping and by a series of coincidences met Matt at the GON Outdoor Blast this Summer. We struck up a conversation and he spent time showing me pictures on his phone of a listing that was upcoming in the area I was looking.I ended up viewing the listing with Matt a week later and he spent the entire day driving and walking all areas of the property. He was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions and I felt comfortable that whether it be this property or another I would work with him to close the deal.We had some hiccups along the way to closing with the sellers that Matt handled and negotiated fairly on my behalf, and he kept me in the loop as to where everything stood.
