It was a pleasurable experience working with you to sell the farm my sister and I inherited from my brother. You provided a very helpful initial appraisal before we had committed to use your firm for the sale. You connected me with a local firm to facilitate probating the will and made it easy to understand the entire process, and then kept me up to date on the progress being made at each stage of the sale. Your friendly personality made working with you very easy to do. The convenience of accomplishing everything via email was nice, but the downside is we never met in person, which probably cost me a free lunch and definitely cost me the opportunity for an enjoyable experience. Living in the middle of the Dallas - Ft. Worth Metroplex limits my interaction with anyone selling a farm or hunting property, but if ever that should happen, I will definitely recommend Whitetail Properties and, of course, mention the free cup and cap they can look forward to receiving.
