Scott Hays

Scott was great, I am sure land agents get a lot of dead-end calls, but he was very responsive and quick to establish a relationship and dialogue. Buying land outside the state I am from was challenging, but Scott was happy to schedule a couple of long days to view multiple properties. He even looked at a few properties without me and eliminated the from contention based on conversations we had. It really felt like he was looking for land for himself personally, only considering the land features and intended purpose, not the price.
