Born and raised in Middle Tennessee, Steven Cho has a lifelong appreciation for the land, its people, and the lifestyle that makes the region such a special place to call home. Steve was the first student from Putnam County to earn an appointment to the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, after which he proudly served the nation for 25 years as an Army officer, retiring as a Colonel following a distinguished career leading organizations around the world. When it came time to begin the next chapter, returning home to Middle Tennessee was an easy decision.

Today, Steve combines his passion for the outdoors with his commitment to serving others as a Land Specialist. As a landowner himself, he understands firsthand the opportunities and responsibilities that come with owning rural property. His family's properties include horses, cattle, hay production, timber, and recreational land with exceptional hunting and fishing opportunities, giving him practical experience with many of the features buyers and sellers value most.
