Taylor was amazing! She represented the seller, & yet, she went above & beyond to help us (the buyer) with our purchase. Every time we contacted her, she responded quickly with a phone call, a text, or an email. She even assisted us after the closing occurred. I can't say enough good things about working with her! We probably would not have pursued this purchase if it hadn't been for her rapport with us, her encouragement to us, her knowledge, & her overall assistance.

Amazing. Taylor was great. The process took forever and wasn’t smooth but that was because of the seller and his realtor. Taylor made it happen and we got the property we’ve been dreaming about.

During the buying process, our family experienced two significant life events—a new grandbaby and the loss of a family member. In addition, my husband and I were often in different locations, which meant we were not as available or involved as we normally would have been during a real estate transaction.Taylor was far above what we would consider normal expectations for a real estate agent. She communicated exceptionally well, stayed on top of every detail, and kept the entire process moving forward when we simply couldn't give it the attention we normally would. We always knew where things stood and never had to worry that something was slipping through the cracks.She consistently went above and beyond. At one point, she even walked the perimeter of the property herself to help us answer questions when we were unavailable to do so. That level of initiative, professionalism, and dedication is rare.Considering everything we were going through, I don't think we could have been paired with anyone who could have done a better job. Taylor's hard work, thoroughness, responsiveness, and genuine care made a challenging time much easier for our family. We are incredibly grateful for her efforts and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone buying or selling a home.

I was a first time buyer and pretty naive (to say the least) about the process. After several disappointing experiences with real estate agents in a couple of other states, I found a listing that she was showing in MD. I loved the property but was dreading starting things.
