Todd Koenig has lived throughout MN and grew up both in the country and on several bodies of water. This lifestyle and being an avid outdoorsman have shaped him into who he has become today. He currently lives in Princeton, MN with his two daughters.
Todd double majored in college and earned a degree in Field Biology and Geology, several years later he also completed two master’s degrees with the one in Natural and Environmental Sciences being relevant to his position today at Whitetail Properties Real Estate.
Todd’s family has owned hunting land since 1993, which has brought many great experiences and memories to him and his family! His love for the outdoors and educational background have enabled him to try and perfect a variety of habitat improvements, such as improving bedding areas, establishing travel corridors, establishing and improving natural food sources, and creating food plots. He has run trail cameras year-round and built a database of the wildlife inhabiting his property and how they improved in health and numbers based on improvements and how to better pattern the wildlife.
All of this has helped build his appreciation of just how important recreational land is to you as an individual, whether for hunting, wildlife enjoyment, recreation, or solitude; Todd understands your dream! He wants to use his passion for the outdoors, attention to detail, and research skills to help you realize your dream of finding and owning your dream property.
