Growing up on his parent's dairy farm, Trevor has a deep appreciation for the relationship between people and the land. Every day on the farm was a long day of work, but it was more than just a job. Trevor was instilled with an understanding of and appreciation for agriculture that can come only from lifetimes of experience passed through the generations.

His hands-on experience was further developed by his years being homeschooled—spending all his time with family to, not only learn their trade, but also inherit their old-fashioned values of faith, loyalty, and pride in their work. These traits have marked every season and endeavor in his life since.

As life progressed, Trevor’s investment in the land has expanded far beyond the farm. He owns and operates an excavating company committed to developing the countryside in Northwest PA. He regularly builds ponds and driveways and clears land for potential build sites. He also has an aptitude for creating the most fruitful food plots possible to attract big whitetail deer every year.

Part of this business also includes timbering his own properties and others’. Trevor’s knowledge of timber values, wildlife habitats, and tree growth patterns promote the long-term development of the land and the building of an asset for his customers.

Before becoming a land specialist with Whitetail Properties, Trevor was already developing a familiarity with the process of buying and selling. He knows the experience from both sides. He has purchased land to manage it for timber, hunting and wildlife development, or to rent the buildings thereon. Having multiple rentals, he specializes in productive and kind landlord/tenant relationships. And no matter the property, he is always intentional to improve it before it sells again.

It has never been a secret that Trevor has a strong passion for the outdoors and harvesting a variety of wild game animals. In hunting’s off seasons, he likes to go hunting for shed antlers, goes boating,camping, and dreams of the next elk season out west. But there’s no better way to do any of that than with friends and family.

Trevor is a people person. From inherent personality as well as years of sales experience and handling customer service for his business, he enjoys connecting with people from every walk of life. And he would love to connect with you!

Trevor has also been highly involved in his local church for his whole life, and his faith strongly influences his time outside of the church as well. He does things honestly. And he does things with integrity. That’s how he handles life with his own little family of four, and that’s how he handles business. To Trevor, it's not about selling property, it's about fulfilling a dream and a lifestyle. One that he has thoroughly invested in himself.
