Trey is absolutely the most friendly agent to work with. He was there every time I called or texted. I can honestly say that Trey is the reason we purchased the 20 acres in Searcy Co. Awesome person to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I was very impressed with the patience and diligence of my agent and his team in getting my questions about the property. He was determined to assure I was comfortable regarding the property being "right" for me, in spite of the obstinacy and obtuseness of the title company which was originally chosen by the seller. Ultimately my agent answered all my questions regarding ambiguous access easements, obtained a different title company, obtained a refund of the earnest money provided to the original seller's title company, obtained additional information from the surveyor, obtained rewording of the title insurance exceptions, and obtained an accelerated closing date; all to my benefit.

First I want to say Trey put up with me showed me everything in the world. He was kind and listened very well. We found this little area by accident and jumped on it before anyone could put an offer on it. We had some small problems but Trey fixed them. He has called several times to make sure all is well. Couldn't ask for a better guy to buy from, he will go far in real-estate.
