Very professional and fair. Tyler provided sales information from 52 similar properties that we used to establish a sales price and to determine that a listing would probably result in a higher price than if we sold by auction. Other agents only provided 1-3 comparisons. Tyler also found that there may be more acres than thought and suggested that we sell by the acre, subject to a survey. The survey determined the property had over eight more acres than thought, resulting in over $50,000 more in the final sale price.
