About Wyatt Brannan
Wyatt specializes in land real estate and brings a strong background in ranching, land management, and property acquisitions. With a focus on ranchland and hunting properties across Texas, Wyatt is passionate about helping clients find land that aligns with their goals—whether for recreation, investment, or building a lasting legacy.
Raised on a working cattle ranch in Central Texas, Wyatt developed a deep understanding of the land from an early age. Wyatt’s experience includes reading terrain, managing livestock, and caring for wildlife. Since 2010, Wyatt has gained hands-on expertise in wildlife management and livestock operations through work with RBR Angus, giving Wyatt valuable insight into the true potential of the properties represented.
An avid outdoorsman, Wyatt regularly hunts deer, hogs, turkeys, doves, ducks, and coyotes. This firsthand experience provides Wyatt with a unique perspective on properties that are well-suited for both wildlife and recreational use.
Wyatt earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Texas Tech University and completed real estate training through the Champions School of Real Estate. Prior to joining Whitetail Properties, Wyatt worked as a land professional with National Land Realty, where land was sold throughout Central and Southwest Texas. Wyatt also served as an acquisitions manager at Electrum Properties, refining skills in property evaluation and negotiation. In addition, Wyatt was involved with Christians at Tech, leading Bible studies, mentoring students, and coordinating campus events.
Wyatt currently lives in Central Texas with his wife, Emily, and enjoys spending free time outdoors hunting, fishing, hiking, skiing, and managing wildlife on the family ranch. Wyatt remains active in the community through volunteer work and faith.
At the core, Wyatt’s goal is simple: to help clients make smart, informed decisions about Texas land while honoring the land itself and the lifestyle it supports.
