In-Field Producer
Do you love the outdoors, enjoy traveling and seeing the country through the lens of a camera? Are you looking for career security in the field of Video Production? Our team of In-Field Producers produces all of the videography and photography for all of our company's media and marketing. You must possess the skills necessary to define the overall story, present the Whitetail Properties’ brand, and listings in a positive and superior light. The goal is to help bring creativity to life and execute on the vision for each initiative and project.
The starting salary for this position is $40,000, with the potential for higher compensation based on qualifications and experience. The ideal candidate should live within daily commuting distance of our corporate office in Pittsfield, IL or be willing to relocate. However, we are open to considering remote employment for the right candidate.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-3 yrs. of videography experience and/or college degree in a related field.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.
- Strong understanding of media filming and production.
- Ability to shoot exceptional footage for TV shows, instructional/educational videos, marketing content, and featured listings.
- Ability to film hunting and land to define the overall story to present the Whitetail Properties’ Brand in a positive and superior product
- Internet navigation skills.
- Ability to edit footage as needed.
- Submit a portfolio link of creative work (video, photography, etc.) with a resume.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in pre-production, in-field production, and post-production of original marketing content.
- Assist with media development, writing, and footage review.
- Operate professional cameras, drones, and other production equipment.
- Maintain or obtain the required FAA drone certification.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Apply lighting and audio techniques in outdoor and studio environments.
- Film wildlife, hunting, and outdoor documentary content.
- Maintain and organize video and photography libraries.
- Coordinate sponsor video needs and requirements.
- Continuously improve the quality and efficiency of production assets and processes.
