Our In-Field Producers capture all videography and photography for Whitetail Properties Real Estate’s marketing and media. This role focuses on telling compelling visual stories that showcase properties, wildlife, and the outdoor lifestyle while representing the Whitetail Properties brand in a positive and professional way.
You will help define the story behind each project and play a key role in bringing creative concepts to life—from field production through editing and final delivery.
Applicants may be considered for independent contractor or full-time positions. Remote candidates will also be considered based on experience.
Starting salary is $50,000 annually, with variation based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
- Actively participate in all stages of content production, including pre-production planning, in-field filming, and post-production editing for original marketing content.
- Assist in the development, review, and proofing of media materials as footage is captured and received.
- Operate and maintain a variety of professional production equipment, including DSLR cameras, drones, and other technical gear.
- Obtain or maintain appropriate FAA drone certification for commercial drone operation.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related editing software.
- Apply strong lighting and audio techniques in both outdoor environments and studio settings.
- Film and produce wildlife, hunting, and outdoor documentary-style content with creativity and attention to detail.
- Identify and resolve potential production challenges, including lighting, environmental, and landscape factors, to achieve the best visual results.
- Maintain and organize video and photography libraries and filing systems.
- Support sponsor-related video projects and ensure deliverables meet brand expectations and requirements.
- Consistently contribute to the improvement and delivery of high-quality creative assets, workflows, and production processes.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of videography experience and/or a college degree in videography, media production, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when preparing, organizing, and entering information.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of video production, filming techniques, and media storytelling.
- Capture high-quality footage for featured property listings, marketing campaigns, educational content, and digital media across Whitetail Properties platforms.
- Film properties, wildlife, land improvements, and outdoor settings with a strong eye for storytelling while accurately representing the Whitetail Properties brand and lifestyle.
- Possess strong internet navigation and online research skills.
- Edit video and photo content while assisting with post-production needs across marketing, digital, and property-focused projects.
- Submit a portfolio or demo reel showcasing creative work, including video, photography, or related media, along with resume/application materials.
