The starting salary for this position is $40,000, with the potential for higher compensation based on qualifications and experience. The ideal candidate should live within daily commuting distance of our corporate office in Pittsfield, IL or be willing to relocate. However, we are open to considering remote employment for the right candidate.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Relatable college degree or 2+ years of marketing-related job experience.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and understanding of rural land sales and the outdoor lifestyle.
• Understanding of marketing concepts related to business startups.
• Enjoys a high-energy work environment and collaborates closely with department members with a passionate, creative, problem-solving approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to strengthen marketing efforts within their assigned territory.
• Develop, implement, and manage localized marketing budgets and initiatives for assigned agents.
• Partner with agents to support business growth through marketing strategies, performance insights, and best practices.
• Coordinate advertising with local and state publications, ensuring timely placement and delivery.
• Manage direct mail campaigns, promotional materials, and storefront marketing operations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop creative campaigns that support regional and company-wide objectives.
• Provide additional marketing and departmental support as assigned by the Marketing Director and Marketing Managers.
